Remine had always reached agents through their MLS. As those contracts ended, the product had to sell itself directly for the first time: to agents one at a time, and to brokerages buying for whole teams. That meant customers who signed up, paid, managed, and canceled on their own, inside a product that assumed an association handled all of it. I redesigned the account experience for that shift, with each task showing what mattered in the moment and keeping the deeper controls a step away.
